My experience with BetterBuilt has been a very positive one I took my personal computer for service and it came back with an excellent review and required not as much repair as I had feared After I got it home I had two minor issues that I could not find a solution to and the guys at BetterBuilt were very helpful and patient it getting it straight for me by telephone
Purchased a new computer from them, they set it up, and answered all my questions They did an excellent jobI would highly recommend this establishment to anyone
Horrible horrible service They do not stand by their work They damaged my computer in a way that was not at all related to the work they were supposed to be doing, then made ME pay for them to fix it Very typical scam I now have to pay a professional IT person to review their work to see if they have caused any further damage I am a small business owner an rely on my computer to run my business They knew this and capitalized on it Shameful behavior

I have a lot to learn about computers and Anthony explained my problems to me in a way that I understood. He fixed the problems and completed them just as he promised.
