BetterMed Urgent Care

I took my 5 year old son in for a cough and signed in at 5:40pm. We were told it would be about an hour and a half wait, which I was fine with knowing everywhere was busy. At 7:00pm the nurse came and told me they would not be able to see us until the morning. She took my sons temperature and it was 103.6. She told me I needed to get him some Tylenol and to find another place like maybe the ER to take him. I asked if they would give him some Tylenol and she said no. When did humanity become like this? And why did they turn me away after we had been there almost an hour and a half...not good business.
