Bank of America referred me to BetterMed for a loan as they cater to healthcare workers. Im an ICU nurse with 15 yrs of hospital experience and a single mother supporting a 5yearold. I opted for the 0% mortgage as it offers me the most affordable monthly payment that I could find in all my searches. I had a 20 minute interview to prequalify. My attorney reviewed the contract and refund policy before giving me the green light to move forward. Even with an application fee and closing costs it's still the best mortgage out there for me.

I took my 5 year old son who had a cough up to BetterMed at Regency. I got there and signed in at 5:40, completed all paperwork and they told me it would be about 2 hours. I was okay with that as I knew places were busy. BUT, they came to me at 7:00, took his temp (which was 103.6) and told me I should probably take him somewhere else as they wouldn't be able to see him until morning. Oh and told me I should give him some Tylenol. Wouldn't help me and wouldn't give him any tylenol. What kind of place does this to a sick child!? I'm disgusted at the lack of humanity!

THEY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME BASED ON MY INCOME. THEY TOLD ME MY INCOME IS TOO LOW AND THEY WONT LET ME INTO THE PROGRAM. I TOLD THEM I CAN PAY THE APPLICATION FEE BUT THEY DIDNT WANT ME. WHAT KIND OF GARBAGE IS THAT!

Outstanding program with extreme cost savings but don't expect warm fuzzies when you deal with them. They're in finance... nobody likes finance people.

I invested in Bettermed Africa expecting to get paid after I posted their medical products as they said I'm getting a successful withdrawal but nothing is reflecting in my account yet my earnings are reducing when I try to withdraw the money

I just did a refi on my mortgage with bettermed in their 100% approval program which brought me peace of mind with rising interest rates. My mortgage payments had tripled in the past year and I couldn't afford the payments anymore. I had to find a solution otherwise we were going to lose the house. They asked a lot of questions about my financial life and I had to provide several documents to support everything. It helped that I had a good income, steady employment and equity in my home. I felt that my mortgage officer Leigh was very helpful and cared about my situation. Their closing costs are slightly higher but overall I'm still ahead of the game. I feel lucky to have locked in at 0% APR especially with the recent hike in interest rates.

Do not give these people your money this is fake no legitimate company will ask you to wire them money or pay a fee upfront for a loan.

I'm so so excited! I am the proud owner of my first house. At first I wasn't sure how the BetterMed 0% interest rate works. My realtor explained that after a qualification interview, there is an application fee, and there are closing costs. Everything was documented and I get 30 years to pay it back. The savings are amazing. I am saving $260k on a house of $450,000 which is awesome. My monthly payments are $1250 which is less than what I was paying for rent.

I first heard about BetterMed from my surrogacy agency while searching for available financing options. I did my research on other lenders but the fact is that BetterMed is the only one that would lend the full $150,000 while giving me an affordable monthly payment plan. The process was fairly straightforward. I just had to follow their instructions.

I went to their website where I found information about their surrogacy loans, the application fee, and there is even a calculator that allowed me to figure out my monthly payments. They also have a savings comparison chart which really surprised me. The overall savings with them are by far the best I found in my search. And they offer an affordable low monthly payment which makes sense since they offer a longer repayment period when compared to other loans. Before I could apply I had to reach out to request a pre-qualification telephone call with one of their advisors. I was able to get an appointment the next day. On the call they asked detailed questions such as my timing, household finances, employment, income and debts. I asked my own questions and I found them to be honest and direct with their answers. I also liked that the application fee is applied toward my loan repayment.

I had to provide documents like photo ID, a utility bill and proof of income and statements of other loans. My husband provided some of his financial information too in support of the application. It did take just over 6 months, but the timing was shared in advance and everything was outlined in a contract. In the end we got what we needed. We found a way to pay for surrogacy without it causing us financial hardship. But most importantly we have the gift of our own family.

I saw on Bloomberg that Warren Buffet's involved. Savings are enormous but they cherry pick who gets into their program. Waiting list was long but worked for me. A+ in my books.

After being strung along for eight months and being scolded whenever I asked for status (“you have to wait for the process to work and asking questions raises red flags…pushes your file back in the review process”), I received an email declining my application due to not supplying all requested information (specifically my ID) - complete BS. I gave these people every single thing requested. Sounds too good to be true, it probably is….

I am certain the positive reviews are fake. Please do not fall for this.

I had to have an interview before I could apply for the guaranteed approval program and lemme tell y'all they were upfront that the wait was long. So I waited and today I received notification from my bank that the money is sitting in my account from Bettermed. What a blessing before Christmas!

I consolidated $80,000 in credit card debt with them and I make one payment of $250 per month.

We literally just got approved. Yay! It took 8 months but the money is now sitting in our account. It was worth the wait.​ I'm so grateful.

If I could rate them negative stars I would. They take your money, then string you along for months and months. Do not, I repeat, do not give them your money!

They have taken my money and haven't received anything. No updates or anything. Finally spoke to someone and he was a lawyer. Went to forums and they ALL have similar experiences. I hope this is read before its taken down the others who've tried sharing their experiences before me. It's a Scam 100% wish I could rate negative 0.
