Dear customer, I am sorry that you feel this wayHowever what you have stated in your complaint is not true1) We have responded to you several timesYou have not wanted to do what we have instructed you to doBut I have personally responded to you and I know my staff has tooI have attached screen captures of our conversations where my staff and I are telling you how to solve this problem.2) Ten years ago, you bought year of website hosting with usYou did not get it at BluDomainSometime during the year, you decided to move to BluDomain as your new website hostIf one of our thousands of other customers decide to do this, they transfer the domainWe instruct our valued customers how to do this if they make this requestSomehow you instead when to our domain registrar and convinced them to renew the domain name, using your own credit card as paymentThis is for domain name registration and not the entire hosting package we offer (which includes domain name management)DomainPeople should not have allowed you to do this, since you were basically paying into my merchant account thereEach year for years you did this again, renewing the domain in my account, while BluDomain was hosting your websiteAfter years, you emailed us again, we explained that you need to transfer (again) and you refused (again)You called DomainPeople directly and renewed for yearsNow that time is up and you are trying to do it againWe have been telling you again that you need to get this out of our merchant account (by transferring)Why should I continue to support your domain name management when you have not been a customer of ours for years? All the same, I want you to be happy and move on, and I understand how complicated and frustrating this domain name stuff can be (that is why we offer the domain management services with our website products)So I have called Domain People several times over the past few days and told them about the situationThese are their instructions for you: Thank you for contacting DomainPeople Technical Support! As per our conversation, you may find the instructions for transferring [redacted] .com into a separate account below:Go to https://domainpeople.com/Click on Domains and then Domain Transfer (the 3rd option from the top down)Enter your domain name [redacted] (.com is pre-selected)Enter the following Authorization code in the box when prompted: (I will put this in a private email to you in case this response is displayed publically)Fill in your Contact and Billing Information and your username and password for your new DomainPeople accountThis will solve the problem and you will no longer have to deal with this frustrating problem anymore in the future.Thank you and best wishes with both your website hosting and your photography,Jim

Instead of using our site Contact form, this customer had searched Google to attempt to find contact information and unfortunately had received old, outdated information from sites outside of our controlHowever, once we were aware of his attempts, we contacted him immediatelyThe client received an email and a follow up phone responseWe are happy to say that the customer now reports that he is a happy camper and, in his own words, that "Response time to emails has been goodPlease keep it up."
