Hi ***, this is the first time I have seen your email so I have printed it and given it to [redacted] who is the ownerI am familiar with this issue, as I have emailed Mr [redacted] and left messages that he has not responded to or called back on I spoke to Mr [redacted] on 1/15/when he brought the problem to our attention I then called [redacted] to let him know what had happened and [redacted] asked me to call Mr [redacted] to see if [redacted] could come out to his house on 1/16/to look at the problem and Mr [redacted] told me that he was taking his car in for repairs and he would not be available on that day, I told Mr [redacted] that [redacted] would make himself available to come out anytime, and to just let us know what date and time worked best I received two emails with pictures of the return grill and the piece of metal that fell and the last email from Mr [redacted] said that for someone to just “Look” at the problem would not fix it [redacted] left Mr [redacted] a message trying to arrange a time to meet with him and asked him to call our office and we have not heard back from Mr***It is hard to resolve the problem when the customer will not call you backWe have tried to get in touch with Mr [redacted] but have not heard back from him Capitol Mechanical has been in business for over years and it is not because we do not take care of our customersPlease let us know how we can resolve this issueThank you, [redacted]

1/15/18 when he brought the problem to our attention.
