Review: I have not been able to recover my security deposit of $1116.66 from Bettina even though there are no claims against it. My lease ended August [redacted], 2015 and I have called multiple times to retrieve it. Cassandra has informed me it was in the mail on Nov. [redacted] - but I still have yet to receive it.Desired Settlement: Immediate return of $1116.66

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Bettina attempted to mail my check twice: once to an incorrect address and once by overnight fedex. The first attempt was postmarked November [redacted] but was addressed to a random incorrect address (not my current address or even a previous one). The second attempt was post marked November [redacted], addressed correctly and I received it today November [redacted]. The check is made out to a misspelled name and the incorrect address but I believe I can still deposit it.
