*** Vision lacks significant customer service standards and business ethics when it comes to dealing with eye glasses I've gone to *** Vision the last eight years, but throughout this past year, I've had major problems getting prescription sunglasses Initially, *** agreed to comp the sunglasses due to my mistreatment by the staff and all of the drawn-out issues with the glasses but when I went to collect the money for my "comped" glasses, the office manager refused saying that wasn't going to happen*** then changed his story, saying he wasn't allowed to promise comping the glasses, but assured me that if I turn them in, I would get a full refundI turned in the pair, only to have the office manager refuse to provide me my refundThis company is disingenuous, lacks communication, honesty, and integrity I recommend going to a different provider for your eye care needs as I am now in the process of switching eye doctors while I wait for my refund check
