Review: We had Betts Garage come and tow our Harley Davidson Motorcycle that broke down on 7/19/14. The tow truck driver had no clue what he was doing in regards to tying/strapping down the bike. My husband and step son had to do it and then once the bike was at the dealership my husband and stepson had to unload it. We pain $85.00 to do all the work. My husband did call Betts yesterday to talk to the owner and to let them know what happened and to possibly get a refund. The conversation got heated and my husband hung up. If they are a towing company then shouldnt they know how to tow and do the work?Desired Settlement: That they refund at least half of the $85.00 we paid. Their service wad not service.
