I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. FYI I'm not an it!!! I spoke directly with Carrier and they said it was approved on 11/29/I have a claim #...And if he had the part back on 11/he should've replaced it then and not try to charge me an extra for carrying around a part for a year he like thought he was going to get!!! He should've sent part back then! Its just too bad using this company for years that it had to end this way with him trying to rip off a customer!!! Although I hear this has been his act for the last year!!! ripping customers off :(He's told me before the check is in the mail, Carrier directed me to contact Revdex.com before pursing legal action

carrier finally credited us for her furnace part on Dec. 29,2017,. I put her check for $550.00 in the mail today. I told her when I did the work. furnace may be out of warranty, over 6-years old. I had tospend many hours trying to get her a credit. the process took two months as I told her. Carrier...

is not to fast in warranty credit situations, especially when past warranty. any other contractor would have walked away from this customer. I went to bat for her and omg, what thank you I get.[redacted] 1/6/2018
