data-term="goog_1418738208" tabindex="0" "border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-">Wednesday) is the 1st I've heard about a Revdex.com complaint. If an email was sent previous to 9-9-for some reason it wasn't received
Mr*** *** is not my client. My client is is *** ***As far as I know she is very satisfied withthe the results of the sale and the professionalism of my crew(01) There was no damage to the house or property that we could see...except for a (minor) scratch on a wall that our crew repaired / touched up with correct (matching) paint the day after the sale.. If he has an issue with damage he should contact*** ***We left the property as we found itAgain, no damage that we could see. (02) A walk through was conducted by a member of our crew. and Mr ***'s wife She (not him) was the person whowas present for the walk through as Mr*** wasn't available and if I remember correctly he couldn't evendo a walk through as he was out of town (job related)Did his wife neglect to inform him of this?
(03) Mr*** is not correct regarding the schedule conflictWe were complety finished, the house was clean & void of items by required datePlease read the time line below and ask Mr*** if it isn't correct and remind him that we can obtain a copy of the 1-week rent check that will prove our case(04) FinallyMr*** is absolutely wrong about me unlawfully withholding keysHe repeatedly interrupted my work scheduleduring the week by phoning and requesting keys to the propertyAs he was not my client I had no obligation to give in to his insistent requests. Furthermore, we were specifically told by Mrs*** (our client) that under no circumstances was Mr*** allowed to have keys or access to the property until the agreed date. Mrs*** is available by telephone to substantiate that bit of information. Apparently after the sale there was conflict between the buyer & sellerNone of my business but when my client makes a request like that I am obliged to accomodate. *** *** also left me a photo copy of the weeks rent check (for proof) in case he tried to get access to the property by bringing in outside authourity.
Time line.
I met with *** and a family friend (*** ***) on Saturday, August 1, at *** *** ***.They wanted to hire Betty Sue & Co to conduct an estate sale/estate liquidation of all household items on Saturday & Sunday, August 8th & 9th because she had a deadline of Monday, August 10th to turn over the keysto the new owner and vacate the property
I informed them that we were slated for another estate sale on that particular weekend and didn't have an opening until the follwiing weekend, August 15th & 16th*** called the new owner, *** ***, and asked if she could postpone vacating the property for one week so I could conduct the estate sale. Mr *** agreed only if she would pay weeks rent. *** agreed. The agreement was for one extra week and for me to be completly finished by Monday, August 17th
I took possession of the keys and property the following Sunday (9th) and commemced the process of sorting, displaying & pricing of all household items for the estate sale on the 15th & 16th.
The Estate Sale was held on Saturday & Sunday, August 15th, & 16th we were finised with the clean up on Monday, August 17th by 8:PMMr***'s wife Was present as we exited and one of my crew (workers) walked through the house and propertywith her as and in a 'walk through' to inspect the propertyAt that time we gave her the keys to the house, garage and back gateMr*** did a number of things to make my sale difficult. Many harassing phone callsOne phone call was to threaten to have the estate sale cancelled. Repetedly requested keys before we were obligated to give them to him. Tried to get utilities disconnectedMade unreasonable demands about what we could and couldn't sellAnd...during the sale he sent family members to voice negative opinions and disrupt the flow of the saleNote: I politely asked him if we could remove a couple of items earlyTuesday (18th) morning as the clean up took a bit longerthat we had counted on and he informed me if we went past midnightof the 17th that he would charge me for a week's rentSo we hired an extra person and worked extra hours to fulfill the time-line agreementI feel my crew and I handled this estate sale in a professional mannerMr***'s complaints are troblesomeand I don't understand his motivation behind many of his actions...especially filing a complaintHe was not my client so I felt his threats held no meritThe estate sale was successful despite his attempts to disrupt it

Review: Damage that was sustained to home during an estate sale. The business owner refused to do a walk through of the home. Owner stated that there was no damage and that we purchased the home as is. Damage to the property was sustained after the home was sold to us and assurances were given by the company that they were licensed and bonded. If the business will not even do a walk through or acknowledge any responsibility of any kind how can this be resolved?Company withheld keys from owners after the sale of the home unlawfully. Owners did not leave the premises until after the agreed date. This caused scheduling issues with fumigation that should have taken place on an agreed day. There was little to no concern given to how this extra time impacted the actual move in date.Desired Settlement: I believe that it is the responsibility of a business to acknowledge possible damage that has occurred while a property is under their control. Without having a conversation or trying to find out what the damage may be there is a breach of trust and damage to us. We have to now repair at our expense or attempt to collect in court. The later is not worth the effort in this case. I do believe others should be warned of the business practices of the company to avoid this type of situation.
