I am rejecting this response because:Their attachment was not a written and signed contract Therefore it is not valid., If you see the quote, It is was poorly written and poorly calculated I am not obligated to pay tax on this quote unless I purchase the material I don't see any price on material No company steal money from clients without their authorization. I gave them a chance to fix it I told them to credit $that leave $for them But they didn't do Because they were too greedy to take extra $for the name of taxwhich is illegal.Again, floor job and granite job was not meet standardthe two guys messed up the job as they took two pieces of granite and re-cut and attached, however, there are two big gap betweenthey cheated the corner with a clear glueIt was the ugly job I ever seen. For the floor, there are still sticky glues in bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room I took out most of it as they never return to take them out Yes, the company send a man to mop the floor, but mopping floor doesn't take off the glues They didn't install the new floor under the oven and dishwasher all the way As they couldn't remove several nuts as they didn't have a proper tool After all, my handyman help them to remove those nuts so they can complete the job I can't pay full price for mediocre work I tried to communicate with *** with a good attitude, but he response was negative

Granite was repaired to her satisfaction but glue story is a complete lie. We will not tolerate people trying to take advantage of...
us. It is true we will take this to small claims court if neccesary. We tried to give her a fair discount amount because we were late but she refused.
