To whom it may concern:We are trying to resolve the issue ASAPThe customer is not entitled to a refund, but we are working on getting him
replacement cells that are defectiveWe recently got an update from the customer (11/18/17) as to the current battery bank situationHe still needs cell replacementsChina has been very difficult to work with in settling this matter to say the least.If he were to comply with the warranty terms he would have to send all the cells in question back to us for an evolution which we have not asked him to do at this pointAttached is a copy of the warranty.We are trying to resolve this issue ASAP.Regards,John D***BeUtilityFree, Inc.*** ***
