As stated in our agreement, because of the nature of a design we do not give refunds The clients owns the design after it is complete, and can use it however they want Because a significant amount of time goes into creating the design we have always had this policy which is communicated to every client up front Unfortunately, this is a case where the client's wants greatly exceeded their budget, which we did our best to accommodate in the design

Please note: Bever Landscaping's claim that our complaint is inaccurate is false It took them a full month to refund the money they owed us and they did not address this problem despite many phone calls and emails until we filed a report with the Revdex.com They did not treat us with respect or courtesy as customers Although we did ultimately receive the money they owed us, their conduct was completely lacking in professionalism
Due to unforeseen circumstances with heavy rains throughout July and August, we were behind on a number of jobs. Unfortunately this is something we could not control and had to push this client's job back. We tried to work with them to reschedule, but once they had decided that they
wanted a refund rather they client immediately threatened legal action rather than giving us an opportunity to process a refund in a timely manor. The refund was sent to the client and this matter has been resolved
Unfortunately, the complaint by the client is inaccurate The refund was credited back to them after it was discovered that the $wasn't taken off the final bill We processed the refund, but there was an error from the merchant processor that prevented the funds from being deposited
into the client's account The client brought this to our attention and we issued the refund, which they received within two days

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We received our refund from Bever Landscaping on 09/23/2016, for the full amount we paid, however, this was nearly two months after we cancelled our contract with them. Unfortunately, we did have to seek legal action in order to receive our deposit back because they would not respond to repeated phone messages, email messages, and even written legal messages sent to their offices, so our deposit was not refunded in a timely manner. Our project was to be completed by the end of July, however, we gave them ample opportunities after that time to complete the project. They can make excuses all they want to why they couldn't start our project, but the facts speak for themselves, they offered deplorable customer service! When they don't have time to respond to repeated phone calls or complete a small project that took one day to complete, but have time to sit at their booth at the MN State Fair (during fantastic weather), trying to sign new business, their actions speak louder than any words I could say!
