Review: Sold product to this business and billed out for product and shipped product. Customer received product in great condition and then proceeded to say their customer didn't want product anymore but received email from purchaser stating they would use product that customer wanted them now and have all emails to prove this. Then was contacted that product was sent back without notice and never received product or tracking on product. Now customer has filed charge back on product with credit card company and [redacted] has charged me. This company is a tractor company also selling atv and utv products without knowledge of products they are selling. I have heard numerous complaints from atv dealers in the area of them. they claim to be good Christian people and beverage should be notified of how the employees handle their business. Now im out product and chargebacks. Not a Christian way at all or American way to do business. I want a full apology after helping them get product for customer fast and customizing it. Our company ordered 2 snorkel kits from [redacted] . We had problems trying to install them , we contacted the company to get help and did not receive any assistance in fitment. We left message after message with no return calls. We returned both items to [redacted] I have attached the tracking information. When I reviewed my credit card statement I was charged for 3 items from [redacted], we only ordered 2 items. 3 different charges on 3 different days. I contacted [redacted] and requested copies of the invoices to show purchase information and have never received them. I contacted our Credit Card Company and the Credit Card Company made the decision to refund our money due to [redacted] not showing any proof of purchase as we requested. [redacted] charged us for 3 items , we only purchased 2. [redacted] would not and still has not provided our company any invoices to match purchases.We returned both items back to [redacted] and have proof of shipment. [redacted] has received back both of the items that we purchased from them .

We have never received kits back and we do not except returns unless rma is issued, I will enclose last email correspondence with company that states all is good with product and they will be using them per [redacted] salesman.

In the email from our Salesman he stated we were missing things in order to install product ... we never got a response from this email to [redacted] . [redacted] did not contact us to resolve parts missing . The items were not able to be installed without the missing parts. [redacted] has never supplied us with invoices to match up to the 3 charges that were posted to our credit card account. I asked for copies of invoices and I have never received them.[redacted] charged us for 3 items we only received 2 and those were missing parts and you can see from the email response he has shown we asked for him to help us with missing parts and he never did not respond.We contacted our credit card company and based on their recommendation they felt we were dealing with a company attempting to fraud us. When a company will not provide proof of purchase there is a problem.I have provide proof we returned the 2 items. [redacted] needs to provide proof of shipping us 3 items . [redacted] has their product back because we could not install with missing pieces.

We will except liability for 320.00 , this charge was due two a credit card given to us by [redacted] first and billed and then he called and said the charge would not go through due to a issue with the card. It went through also so we take liability on that charge. The other two charges of 320.00 are correct , we sent product, we had email confirmation all was good with the customer and product and now they have supposedly shipped the merchandise back without an rma number and authorization to do so. We will not take responsibility for lost packages, and are out more money in product and illegal charge backs adding up to 740 total. Beverage tractor is responsible for this charge of 740.00 and issue will be resolved. Thank you

Our credit card company investigated these transactions and in their deetermination these transactions were fraudulent by the seller. The credit card company terminated my credit card and reissued the card due to the fraud. I didn't want to do this as it is a lot of work to provide the new credit card information to service providers but the credit card company said they had no choice to protect them and us. This complaint by the seller fits well with how they conduct business as it is fraudulent as well.

This is why he provided another card for us to bill for the merchandise. The buyer is calling or business fraudulent and that is a libelous statement. We are out money and product. If they cannot take responsibility for this then that's just the way they do business.

Review: In April I took my Kubota mower to Beverage Tractor to be serviced. When I got my mower back, the next day I went to mow the grass and I had four flat tires. I also sent my own synthetic engine oil to use which is pink in color. They did not change the oil. They were supposed to wash it off - they did not. I called and talked to [redacted] 4-14. He said "we'll bring it back". I don't trust them to take my mower back. I had to take the tires off, take them to the garage and get four valve stems replaced. I changed the oil and oil filter myself.Desired Settlement: I feel they owe me a refund.

We offered to pick the customers mower and remedy his complaints. He told us he did

not want us to do this. His next move was to contact the Revdex.com. This is not the proper way

to handle this given we offered to correct his concerns even though they are unfounded.

This offer remains available. We are here to help our customers.
