*** *** filed a complaint against our business, Beverages Towing & Transport LLC, on 8/15/She was unhappy with the amount of time she had to wait for someone to come to the shop to let her inUnfortunately we had an employee in the hospital that day and had an EOC call that
required all available employees to be present at the scene of the accidentWhile on the scene, one of our vehicles needed for the task malfunctioned rendering it disabledDue to this all of the available employees had to work for an extended amount of time on the scene which left the shop temporarily closedSince this incident my husband, *** *** (Owner and Operator of Beverages Towing), contacted *** *** via telephoneHe explained to her the situation that occured on that day and apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused herShe seemed relieved that he had reached out to her and explained what had happenedShe then thanked him for the callNormally there is always an employee available at the shop that can deal with customersHowever, a series of unfortunate events caused *** *** to have an unsatisfactory experience with our business.We pride ourselves with our customer service satisfaction and we hate that a customer had a negative opinion on usIf there is anything else you need from us to get this matter resolved, please let us know.Thank you,*** ***
