Complaint # [redacted] We received the above listed complaint on Monday, June 19, I personally reached out to Ms [redacted] (Member # [redacted] ) to apologize to her for the incident that occurred at the Beverly Athletic Club, located at Cummings Center BAC Express is a hour facility, and during hours that we are not staffed, members can scan their card for access to the facilityThis member was unable to access the club due to a power outage I left Ms [redacted] a voicemail on her following phone lines: Cell: [redacted] and Home: [redacted] On the voicemail, I informed Ms [redacted] that we would put her on a billing freeze for two months (July & August) She is billed $per month and is billed on the 18th of the month She won’t be billed on July 18th and August 18st but will have access to the club for those months Her bill will resume on September 18th to compensate her for the inconvenience she experiencedI also explained via voicemail that we have purchased a device that will notify us when the club’s door access unit loses power so we can resolve the issue We have once again reached out to the landlord of the property to ask them if they would notify us in the event of a power issues because in the past they have informed us that this isn’t a practice they can do Again, I apologized to Ms [redacted] for the inconvenience she experienced when the office park that we are located in lost powerWe are working diligently to have a plan in place for future power outages so we do not have to inconvenience our members If you have any followed up questions, please let me know [redacted] , General ManagerBeverly Athletic Club Reservoir Road, Beverly, MA TEL: [redacted] [redacted] ** Cummings Center, Beverly, MA [redacted] TEL:978-927-

Express is a 24 hour facility, and during hours that we are not staffed, members can scan their card for access to the facility. This member was unable to access the club due to a power outage.  I left Ms. [redacted] a voicemail on her following phone lines:  Cell: [redacted] and Home: [redacted]. On the voicemail, I informed Ms. [redacted] that we would put her on a billing freeze for two months (July & August).  She is billed $37.00 per month and is billed on the 18th of the month.    She won’t be billed on July 18th and August 18st but will have access to the club for those 2 months.   Her bill will resume on September 18th to compensate her for the inconvenience she experienced. I also explained via voicemail that we have purchased a device that will notify us when the club’s door access unit loses power so we can resolve the issue.   We have once again reached out to the landlord of the property to ask them if they would notify us in the event of a power issues because in the past they have informed us that this isn’t a practice they can do.   Again, I apologized to Ms. [redacted] for the inconvenience she experienced when the office park that we are located in lost power.
