This company falsely advertises that packages are sent out same-day or next-day. Well I just ordered a few products which all got sent separately one week after ordering. So placing an order on Monday, will get it shipped the following Monday. They do not respond to customer questions regarding orders that have been placed. Please read reviews on the internet before purchasing. This merchant should not be Revdex.com A+. Customer service along with a few others are lacking with this company. Do not trust this company for returns but make sure the manufacturer is reputable! Will not order from this company again, unless they give it away for free, or I have weeks or months to receive. On the other note, Amazon shipped my "free shipping" items same-day on multiple products!!! Hydro Galaxy is blatantly LAZY!
