I contracted several bedbug bites, Large red and enflamed bites on my upper body.
I expressed to the property that I was uncomfortable about their bedding the first night. I requested new ones and was told the following morning at 7am I would be getting new sheets. I left for the day and returned back around 7pm (12hrs later). My bed sheets had not been changed. I was told they would assist and I expressed more than once that I was uncomfortable that I was finding residue within my sheets from prior guests(toe nails, so many long strands of hair and floor debri , and that I wanted fresh new linens for both of my beds within the room I had (pillow cases/fitted and top sheets/and comforters). yet when I returned I was given (2pillow cases only). I asked why am I only receiving 2 pillow cases. (even so, my room had two beds, and 4 total pillows). I was given 2 additional pillow cases and only 2 top sheets. still no fitted sheets to cover the bed, and no clean comforter to use on top. (also mind you, no heat in this particular room/poor window seals/and it was reaching 36' at night). I was told they would "get back to me regarding any other sheets. that they couldn't "find" anymore. NEVR GOT BACK TO ME. as a result, I woke up the next morning to find four large bites on my body. my face/collar bone/bicep and wrist. I showed the same person my bites "***" who had been assisting me since my check in. and did nothing regarding the situation but say. "what do you want me to do about it'" call management. AGAIN, mind you."*** with the beanie" was the only person I had been dealing with as well as speaking to on the phone, he was "management". so I showed the pictures to him of my bites and now denies he was the one I was speaking to when calling. And that he's only a "cleaning guy". and has given no resolution to the situation and since stopped answering my calls.
