I would highly recommend Beverly Services. Scott did our estimate as well as the installation of our new laundry tubs.He was extremely knowledgeable and professional Both Scott and David were courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Had to have a water heater replaced. The employee was thorough, informative, and worked quickly.

fantastic service....fred was very personable, he explained what he was doing and why and answered any and all questions I had. they were very fast in getting out here and they were in and out. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Fred was courteous and knowledgeable in performing the service work. He made sure that I knew what he was doing and explained options when a decision had to be made.

Wonderful service. I will be using Beverly Services exclusively from now on. Michael was on time, extremely courteous and friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. I have had very bad experiences with other companies in the past, but am very relieved and happy to know there's at least one good one out there.

I have Beverly check my furnace/air every year just to make sure everything is in good working order. Always helpful and professional.

Simon performed detailed maintenance as others have in the past. However he didn't blow through the checks as some have in the past. He ensured each area was checked and he cleaned up as he went. Rather than say he couldn't check something, he did diagnostics that uncovered a problem with the humidifier that should have been seen on the last service. After finding another problem, Simon, contacted appropriate parts provider and repaired the system. He is polite and professional. He didn't avoid my queries regarding the system nor give me 'bs' answers in that regard. I would ask for him again in a minute.

I was having a problem with a furnace/air conditioner fan. From the time of my call for service until the service was about 4 hours. Although the error was my own in misunderstanding a switch Simon, the technician, took the time to explain it to me as well as checking and explaining the function and mechanics of the wall unit and the furnace including explaining how to install the air filter along with explaining the function and the use of the humidifier in the upcoming winter season. I have never been dissatisfied with my services from Beverly, and this service call was also a very positive experience.

Great company to do business with. Pleasant, capable, professional technicians who always strive to do their best. Jim F[redacted] was at my home this morning to do a bi-yearly A/C - Furnace tune up: arrived on-time and did a great job.

Review: Beverly Services was contacted November 18 2015 to perform a dye test. The test was completed on 11/25/2015 and reveled that the drain was not connected to the Sanitary sewer and that we needed to move the downspouts to this drain, but Beverly does not do that type of work per Jim D[redacted] and that we would need a roofer to move the downspouts then afterwords contact Beverly to do the final connection and inspection with [redacted] County Plumber. I signed the second phase contract and returned it with the requested $200.00 payment on December 31,2015. I had to contact Beverly numerous times to get someone out to the house to complete the job. Finally on January 7th 2016 a plumber by the name of [redacted] came out to complete the connection but not the inspection. As of today January 18,2016 the job is still not finished.. The plumber needs to contact [redacted] between 8 and 9 am at [redacted] County Plumbers and have him come out to inspect the job and sign off on the PWSA compliance application return the application to me so I can send it to PWSA for my no lein letters to sell the house. Every time I call its being done or its done or the paperwork is being sent in by [redacted] or some other excuss. I just what the job done so I can move on.Desired Settlement: Complete the job and have [redacted] from [redacted] sign off on the compliance application. Mail it to me so I then can send it on the PWSA.

The work has been completed at this time, by our licensed plumber. We have called down to the health department asking for the work to be inspected. We cannot set the inspectors schedule and cannot force them to come out the same day the work is completed. The process of starting the work was delayed slight because of paperwork that has to be filed with the health department as well. Beverly Services plumbing department has to operate under a governing body of the [redacted] County Health Department. We filed the paperwork, and paid the fees when [redacted] signed off on the work and paid her deposit. We strive to service our customers as promptly and professionally as possible within the means of the authority that oversees and inspects the work. At the current time Beverly Services has completed the work as far as possible, until the work is inspected by the county. [redacted] has been called in by our master plumber and we are waiting to hear from the inspector. I have once again spoke to our master plumber and he will call tomorrow morning, between the hours of 8:00am - 9:00am. These are the only hours they accept phone calls, these hours are also severely limiting our ability to effectively communicate with [redacted]. As a courtesy we will once again call [redacted] and communicate this with her, as discussed with her on Monday 1-18-16 as well. After speaking to the [redacted] on 1-20-16 we will call [redacted] again to let her know where this project currently stands.

I asked for a copy of the signed [redacted] paperwork and gave Beverly my email to send the documentation. Once I receive the documentation then I'll know for sure the work is complete and signed off on by [redacted]. Until then this is still and open case

I would recommend Beverly service to anyone . They are kind and courteous and arrived on time for their appointment. I've used them for years and they are top notch company.

Was very pleased with Fred's professionalism and knowledge of his job. We had our furnace checked for the Winter season and he was thorough and shared information on how to clean the filter, as we just moved to this new location. Fred gave us a good feeling that he knew what he was doing and was a pleasure to have him work in our home. Beverly Services is our choice for home repairs and upkeep.

Outstanding service from Steve Z at Beverly Services. He was very thorough in performing a fall furnace maintenance check and very pleasant to deal with. Am extremely satisfied with both Steve and Beverly Services and would recommend both.

I contracted with Beverly Services last year to perform maintenance checks on my furnace and air conditioner. The telephone reps are friendly and informative. And, the service men who came to the house were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new air conditioner which they installed yesterday. I decided to renew my maintenance contract because I'm so satisfied. I want to especially acknowledge Jim F[redacted] He explained the problems I was having with my furnace, fixed them and was here yesterday to make an adjustment to the new air conditioner and check the furnace for the winter. Thanks, Jim! Great job!!

Scheduled furnace (gas-fired boiler) "tune-up" service was performed under an annual service agreement. Jim F[redacted] and his partner arrived within the promised time slot and performed the necessary service quickly. Both were dressed in a clean company uniform, arrived in a clearly-marked company vehicle and were very polite. All of my questions were directly addressed during the visit. The work area was left clean and neat; they used their own tools. Jim has serviced my A/C unit during prior visits. He is very knowledgeable and is a pleasure to deal with. A+
