Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Their response is curious, as they say we signed up as a Loyalty Merchant much earlier, but we were never assessed this new fee before, else I would have exited their program earlierTime and again, we asked for assistance in making this program that we paid $for work effectively for us, and always someone was "going to get back to us", but they never didEvery new issue was always blamed on previous management- their leadership has been in turmoil during this period, and they never take responsibility for itWhen they debited our account in early December and we complained, they promised they would not charge us again, and our money would be refundedOne month later we did not have the refund, and they sent us a new invoice! Finally I complained to the Revdex.com and only then began to see some results. They first said that our refund had been submitted for approval to their financial department in EuropeBut after repeated calls by me, I got through to a financial manager in the USShe once again used the "we have new management" excuse, as did the Compliance Associate I spoke to in CaliforniaAfter threatening continued legal and PR action until I got a result, this financial manager mysteriously was able to perform an EFT bank transfer and get us a refund in a matter of daysShe did promise that before the end of that day she would email us a copy of the bank transfer, which never happenedBut the $in question did get returned to us.I stand by my assertion that this company is a scamYou will get many promises, and the initial $you pay to be included in their shopping program will never be seen againYou will not get callbacks as promised, your online listing will be constantly screwed up, and if your experience is anything like ours, you will be extremely dissatisfiedEngage with Lyoness at your peril Sincerely, [redacted]

Attn: Dispute Resolution Services We are in receipt of the complaint filed by [redacted] [redacted] and his business became a Loyalty Merchant in November When his business became a Loyalty Merchant he agreed to the terms and conditions at that time His complaint revolved around an $debit, which he authorized in his original agreement, but for whatever reason chose to omit that from his complaint The $that he requested has been credited back to his account and no further action is requiredIt is important to go on the record and address his inaccurate statements and mischaracterizations of Lyoness as a “pyramid scheme” and “scam” Lyoness is a global shopping community with shopping members and merchants located throughout the United States and around the world Despite the filing of this complaint and mischaracterizations of our business, Lyoness considers this matter to be closedSincerely,Compliance DepartmentLyoness America, Inc

Dear Revdex.com: We are in receipt of the complaint filed by *** *** *** ***. *** *** has falsely categorized Lyoness as an “investment”. Lyoness does not offer investments or manage investments. Rather, Lyoness is a global shopping community with shopping members and
merchants located throughout the United States and other countries Dear *** ***,*** *** has been a Lyoness member since July 2012. He was made fully aware of all of the changes that were taking place and he had plenty of time to ask questions and have them answered. He claims that parts of the program were altered and/or taken away, when in fact, parts of the program were enhanced for the members. Lyoness did not breach its contract with its members*** *** has never been under any obligation to make a purchase in the program, but has chosen to do so. In addition, the fact that *** *** has agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the program in 2012, 2013, and shows that he acknowledged the program and any changes made to it. Again, if he was unclear about any part of the program, he should have consulted with his upline leadership who were active at the timeDespite the filing of this complaint and mischaracterizing the business, Lyoness is happy to discuss the matter further to clear up any misconceptions and options that he may have available to him. *** *** can contact the compliance department via email: *** to set up a time to discuss further Sincerely,Compliance DepartmentLyoness A***

Dear *** ***, We are in receipt of the complaint filed by *** *** on January **, 2016. We have reached out to him by phone and email to discuss this, and we are committed to resolve this matter to the satisfaction of everyoneSincerely, Compliance Department Lyoness America,

Dear *** ***, We are in receipt of the complaint filed by *** ***. *** *** and her family joined a shopping loyalty program in 2012. They were under no obligation to make any purchases of any kind. However, they made the choice to place a partially paid gift
card order and fully paid gift card order subject to the terms and conditions provided and subscribed to at the time of the purchase. They were afforded the opportunity to cancel their order, but they made the choice not to do so. Now that nearly four years have gone by, they are attempting to cancel their agreement and obtain a refund despite the fact that they knew and agreed that there would be no refund after the cancellation period had ended. Clearly, this complaint contradicts what they knew and agreed to years ago. *** *** has falsely categorized Lyoness as a "glorified pyramiding scheme". Lyoness is a global shopping community with shopping members and merchants located throughout the United States and around the world. Despite the filing of this complaint and mischaracterizing the business, Lyoness is happy to discuss the matter further to clear up any misconceptions and options that she may have available to her and her family *** *** can contact the compliance department via email: *** to set up a time to discuss further Sincerely, Compliance Department Lyoness America, Inc

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
All that is being offered is for me to contact them and be told the same thing I have been told in the pastI do not, under any circumstances, want to spend one more dime in connection with this companyIt is nothing to them to refund my money other than wanting to further their own name by forcing me to spend more money through themI do remember also being told that there were going to be TV ads, publicity, etc - all starting in the fall of and there has been nothing which tells me that this company is not performing according to their promisesIt was their customer service rep in NY who told me in that the way to get my money was to spend more and and it would be about $50,to make up the amount in my account because I could not use that money all aloneIt has to be used in conjunction with additional money for purchasesHe did not give me his nameI am not trying to "strong arm" anyoneAll I want is what is mineWhy is it such a problem to give me back my money?

Dear *** *** , We are in receipt of the complaint filed by *** ***. *** *** joined the Lyoness Shopping Loyalty Program more than three years ago. She was under no obligation to place a Partially Paid Gift card Order. However, she chose to place a Partially Paid Gift
Card Order during and was subject to the Acknowledgment of the Terms of the Order Agreement that was provided to her and required in order to place the orderIn order to place an Order she had to agree to specific terms in the Agreement, by checking each box, one of which states the Order is non-refundable beyond the cancellation periodShe was afforded the opportunity to cancel her Order during the rescission period, in accordance with the Acknowledgment of the Terms of Order Agreement, but she made the choice not to cancel her Order. Now that over three years have gone by, she is attempting to cancel her Agreement in an effort to obtain a refund, after the rescission period has ended. Clearly, this complaint contradicts what she knew and agreed to over three years ago *** *** has stated in her complaint that she and the people who joined along with her had carefully checked the Company and determined that this was “not some pyramid scheme”Now she wishes to strong arm the Company by writing to the Revdex.com and threatening to contact the SEC. *** ***s joined a global shopping community with shopping members and merchants located throughout the United States and around the world. *** ***s has the opportunity to shop and has always had the opportunity to apply that shopping toward the gift card orders she placed in order to re-cash the gift card orders. I do not know who told her she would have to spend $50,as this is not a statement made by the Company Despite the filing of this complaint and mischaracterizing the business, Lyoness is happy to discuss the matter further to clear up any misconceptions and options that she may have available to her *** ***s can contact the compliance department via email: *** to set up a time to discuss further Sincerely, Compliance Department Lyoness America, IncTell us why here

Regards,
[redacted]The item was finally received and it is great. There was nothing in the box except the item ordered. No gift card was received at all and I do not want one. I would never order from here again. No one should have to call a number that does not work, email a website with no response, and then be told it is sent when it was not, over and over. The product is very nice, but not worth the hassle.[redacted]

She has received her product as well as a gift card for the delay.

[Your Answer Here]
Per attached correspondences, (an I have more in my files)  i have tried to get a refund of the money a long time ago but was not acted upon. Further, we do not have copies of the executed agreement that they are referring to.  I intend to pursue this, along with my family as we believe we were deceived by the presentation of the uplines (and that was what they called themselves so doesn;t that sound like a pyramiding activity?)What I cannot understand is that we were told that the more accounting units we have, the more chance we reach the level where we could get millions in earnings.  They boast about people becoming millionaires in less than a year by buying accounting units.  There was no explanation that those money we were paying for "accounting units"  were supposed to be used for shopping in the future.  Why would I put up thousands of dollars in advance to buy from their "participating" store when I can do it myself with my credit cards and get the rewards?
