Review: Month of August I purchased a bedroom set in which I received on August **. In which I advise to receive the delivery after 3 when I get out of work. The delivery got there at 11am in which I was at work my 14 year old son was home with his 17 year old brother. I was not there to supervise the delivery. When I got home I noticed the box spring was making noise I called the store and spoke to [redacted] one of the [redacted]. [redacted] agreed to change the box spring. Two days later I get a new box spring in which I was there to receive as I was putting the mattress together and sat on the bed the box spring made more squeaky sounds than the first one. I made a video and took the video to the store and showed the video to [redacted] in which he said he will replace. On saturday August ** was told will receive the delivery by 7pm after several attempts calling store I still did not receive my new box spring. I spoke to [redacted] the [redacted] and he claimed he did not have queen size box spring then tells me I will receive it on August ** from 6to 8pm. I called to remind and was told I will get my delivery today. Today is August ** and now no one answers the phone. I am disgusted with their professionalism. I bought the furniture thinking I was going to get good quality I am not content with their running around in exchanging a damage product. The receipt does state I can exchange up to three times and I only have receive one exchange. My concern is time is running and want my new box spring I don't want them to say 15 days has pass when I have been calling them and no answers the phone. I feel that they have caller id and see my number and don't pick up. I have been very courteous and patient with them. One of my main concern when purchasing the bed I was not going to have any type of squeaky or noise from my bed and they assured that won't happenDesired Settlement: My desire outcome I want a new box spring that does not make any noise when laying or sitting on the bed.
