To whom it may concern, We apologize for the inconvenience Mr. [redacted] experienced at our hotel. As soon as I was made aware of the fact that Mr. [redacted] had been charged incorrectly I checked our statements and found that we indeed did owe him $142.09. I told him that we would issue him a...

check to reimburse him. In the meantime we were experiencing several changes in management and paper work was shifted around. His phone calls were not avoided, I believe the clerks were confused when he asked for "Kathy" and not Cortney. His check was issued before receiving the letters from the Revdex.com.
