Strongly advise against doing business with this property management agencyThey are abusive to tenants and are really bipolar in the sense that they are your friend one second and then come and pick up their sign and throw your key in the garbage when they cancel your management contractI have emails and text messages of them harrassing myself and my spouse because us as the home owner did not cator to their needsI now rent out the home independently and make more money than they were willing to work with, and it came at no effort of myself to get that rateDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Charged for cleaning service after cleaning house.Company charged me to clean house after I had already cleaned it. When asked to get money back company said they had already paid a cleaning service and they would not issue me the full security deposit refund that I should have received. Was charged to have backyard cleaned when it was in the same condition as it was when I moved out. I was also charged to have a Christmas tree disposed of and I never had one due to religious beliefs. Could not get them to give me a call back and had to keep calling them about it and they still refuse to refund me the correct amount. They claimed I never turned in a move-in checklist and after I told them I had they suddenly "found" it.Desired SettlementCleaning service was $165, lawn service was $75. I want a refund for both items.
