I placed an order for an electric fixture on 1/11/2016. There is no sign after submitting my credit card, that the item is in back order. Then I just waited for 20 days before the item arrived. I received and requested for returning the original item with refund. The Sale Manager noticed me that I should be charged 30% for restocking fee because the item was on back order. If I knew the item had to be backed ordered I would never buy it. There was only one "Order confirmation" email right after ordering and then no notification saying it should be delayed. No sorry at all. They just take order then place you on hold whenever they can buy it from somewhere to resale to you without any responsibility. I am asking for full refund. I will pay the shipping back.

Review: I requested to return items that I ordered incorrectly and was instructed on the return process. I made the return as instructed and called the owner [redacted] for the refund. He told us that he received and inspected the items, and would apply the credit to our account that day. A week later and no refund, I called and spoke with [redacted] again, who informed me that he would apply the refund that day. I called again the next day and he repeated numerous times that the credit was applied to our account. To the contrary, no credit has been applied to our account. In addition, he is very rude on the phone when confronted with erroneous actions on his part.Desired Settlement: We are seeking a refund on the return items in the amount of $94.45 to be applied to our account.
