Review: [redacted] and her employee were hired to clean my apartment . For a move out. They did a terrible job and then they charged me over price per their advertisement. I paid the fee , I told [redacted] I was not satisfied with their job. [redacted] said she did not have the time to clean better. 1. The oven was not cleaned properly.2. Carpet was not vacuumed , left bobby pins all over the closet flore3. window tracks were not cleaned4. closet dore tracks were not cleaned5. heater vents were not cleaned6. air conditioner cover was not cleaned7. fan with lights were not cleaned8. metal closet doors were not cleaned9. kitchen floors were not clean10. food was left in the cupboards11. hair was left in the shower drain12. under the bathroom sink was cleaned in properly13. overall this was a terrible terrible job. I am filing a police complaint , with Grass Valley Police Dep. My mother worked , cleaned for Sutter County Housing Authority in Yuba City Ca, for many years . She looked over [redacted]s Cleaning or lack of cleaning job.[redacted] looks Very Hard Core to me, she was very angry looking, I did not want to pay her requested fee . However I did, in fear of her possible retaliation against me. She insisted on leaving before the job was done properly. she charged me $300 for a move out cleaning, would not let me use her online coupon advertisment. she refused to stay and do the job properly she said she had another job to go do.Desired Settlement: to reimburse me any fees I may be charged for a poor cleaning job apon my move out . I want [redacted]'s company to reimburse me for those charges. a negative review to be put on her advertising web site for cleaning company.I have several supporting photos to prove my claim.
