We write in response to the Revdex.com complaint, dated March *, 2016, initiated by customer [redacted] (#[redacted]). NHL GameCenter LIVE was recently re-branded as NHL.TV and is currently operated by MLBAM on behalf of the NHL. MLBAM has investigated this matter and we deny any allegation of wrongdoing....
The blackouts about which [redacted] has complained are being enforced by MLBAM in accordance with the terms of sale to which [redacted] agreed when she purchased her subscription. Nevertheless, NHL.TV Customer Service contacted [redacted] to discuss her concerns, including the blackouts applicable to her location. As a courtesy and in full settlement of her complaint, [redacted] was provided with a full refund ($105.09, made in two installments of $40.00 and $65.09). We understand [redacted] is satisfied with the resolution of her complaint. If [redacted] requires assistance in the future, we encourage her to contact the NHL.TV Customer Service department at ###-###-####. As this is the remedy originally requested by the customer, we believe her complaint is addressed in a satisfactory manner and now consider it resolved
