Review: This is a claim for damages resulting from a cross country move for a one bedroom + den apartment. Due to the extreme negligence of the movers, there was extensive damage to walls of the condo building caused during move-in. The condo association obtained an estimate for repair which totaled $640. There was also extensive damage to our property, totally approximately $408. The business has agreed to pay a total of $110 of these damages. Despite this, they have not returned numerous emails or phone calls. Before hiring them, I specifically asked whether or not they had insurance. I asked numerous times both before the move and after for the insurance policy (so I would know how to file a claim) but have been consistently ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the damages caused to the walls of the condo building, as well as to personal property.
