BevMo!

I went into Bev Mo on Sunday 7/19/26. I was looking for the Jose Cuervo 1.75 bottle of Tequilla. They were out so I left. I went to a different store and purchased what I was looking for. Later that day my brother texted me and asked if I was at Bev Mo earlier I said yes, why? He said the employees said you stole alcohol. I said what? His friend Ashley was there and she was being rung up. I didn't see Ashley when I was there. But apparently as I walked out the cashier told her "That lady just stole from us" She made a comment that my purse looked "full" ...I didn't steal anything. How are you allowed to say things like that. She didn't know that I knew Ashely but she will. How is that being professional in any way? Apparently, I was followed out as well. I didn't even notice. I am trying to get a hold of someone in their corporate office. The manager is out on vacation until next week. I will no longer shop at Bev Mo. I will tell everyone I know about this. You are not allowed to treat people this way.

Review: Beverages & More accepted money from my card from someone who has hacked into my account and paid to them the sum of $88.84. Then I spoke with a man from the company and he looked up and seen were the $88.84 was posted in there account and said that it looked suspicious and I explained to him that I live all the way in [redacted] and asked him to call [redacted] so that [redacted] would put my money back in my account instead of having to wait 5 days but they refused to do anything and told me that I have to be the one to call my bank..Desired Settlement: I want my money put back on my card.
