I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

While I understand that noises can sometimes sound the same this is a circumstance where unfortunately there were multiple noises occurring from the car and it was always different The first complaint from the customer was a bearing noise in the front end with a clicking noise we never duplicated(two different concerns/noises)Secondly, there was brake noise which we duplicated only after the customer had picked up from the bearing noise correctionWe had told the customer that we were unable to duplicate the clicking/popping noise initially and therefore did not charge any money for a correction The only thing she paid for was to correct the failed wheel bearing (which is a safety item) The third noise complaint from Mrs [redacted] about her son's car came roughly days later and miles later At this time there was no mention of clicking or popping but now a rattle noise heard after accelerating and taking the foot off of the gas As the new owner of Bexley Automotive I can see that Mrs [redacted] started to have some feelings of frustration prior to my ownership in late December She mentions that times the car was here While three of those were with me and two with the previous owner, I can see that there is a pretty significant difference in the noises that she/her son is describing Furthermore, this customer with a different car was in my shop on 8/4/and at no point conveyed to me or anyone on my team that the was still experiencing issues At this time I have attempted to contact Mrs [redacted] (10/16/17) and have not received a return phone call I will go out of my way to take care of any customer that does, did or will do business with me With that said, I am a little surprised that it took a month and a half for them to say anything about being upset or frustrated and instead of contacting me they went straight to the Revdex.com Please feel free to contact me for any additional details or information that you might need Likewise I can update this once Mrs [redacted] and I have had a chance to talk about the car and everything else.Thanks, Kyle
