I am rejecting this response because:The first problems manifested within less than two months of purchaseThe other problems have been evaluated by more than one mechanic and all are in agreement that they are clearly NOT new problems and should have been detected if any basic servicing had been done on the brakesThe vehicle was completely unsafe to drive off the lot and should have never been sold in the condition it was in without the brakes first being repaired.I've attached some pictures of the "serviced" pad and rotor as well as a rust locked brake lineA piece of that pad was jammed up inside the front caliper by the wayThat groove in the rotor is rusted so the groove can't be new since I bought the truck during the start of winter when the rust would be formingErgo, the only explanation is that the groove was there before I bought the truck. My only option at this point, if the business will not work with me, is to contact the Ohio AG office Regards, [redacted]

I was able to find two additional documents, both from up in Ohio, that show maintenance that I had to do on the truck less than six months from purchasing itThe first page is the record from the tires, when I discovered they were worn to the Kevlar on the inside due to the ball joint being out on the control armThis was $totalThe second page is from a few weeks laterI was going to be towing another vehicle when I moved and I was concerned about how rusted the hitch was so I took it to another shop to get the hitch inspectedI completely forgot about this, but at that time the mechanic noted that the rear brakes were squealing and noted it on the receiptI just happened across this receipt while looking for the other recordsI still cannot find the receipt from probably around late December or in January when I had to take the truck back to the dealership to get the belt and battery replaced because both went out within days of buying itThey should have this record though

Mrs. [redacted] test drove, bought, and took delivery of a 2011 Ford Fiesta on 11/16/2017. All necessary, binding documents were signed accordingly and sent to the finance company on 11/16/2017. The loan was processed and completed. Mrs. [redacted] came back to Bexley Motorcar Company on the evening of...

11/17/2017 stating she did not want the car anymore because she could not afford it. There was no indication or conversation of the vehicle not running properly at that time. We informed her that Bexley Motorcar Company has a zero day return policy once a customer takes delivery of a  used vehicle. We discussed other options such as trading it in for a cheaper vehicle, which she declined. The 2011 Ford Fiesta is owned by Mrs. [redacted] and she has full responsibility to the loan as of 12/05/2017. If Mrs. [redacted] would like Bexley Motorcar Company to diagnose the 2011 Ford Fiesta and contact her with our finding we would be happy to do so. Mrs. [redacted] will need to come in and sign a mechanical release form allowing Bexley Motorcar Company to look at the vehicle.

We've looked at our records again, and he did not bring these issues to our attention, from the date of purchase until this complaint. Again, AT THIS TIME BEXLEYMOTORCAR CAN NOT ASSIST ANY REPAIR ON THIS PURCHASE.

I was able to find two additional documents, both from up in Ohio, that show maintenance that I had to do on the truck less than six months from purchasing it. The first page is the record from the tires, when I discovered they were worn to the Kevlar on the inside due to the ball joint being out on the control arm. This was $325.25 total. The second page is from a few weeks later. I was going to be towing another vehicle when I moved and I was concerned about how rusted the hitch was so I took it to another shop to get the hitch inspected. I completely forgot about this, but at that time the mechanic noted that the rear brakes were squealing and noted it on the receipt. I just happened across this receipt while looking for the other records. I still cannot find the receipt from probably around late December or in January when I had to take the truck back to the dealership to get the belt and battery replaced because both went out within 60 days of buying it. They should have this record though.

The customer brought this car on 11/19/2013

the customer had this car towed to us and we
found the customer overheated it and ruined the
motor . we offered to help customer with
used motor and installed for 1200

AT THIS TIME BEXLEYMOTORCAR CAN NOT ASSIST ANY REPAIR ON THIS PURCHASE .AFTER 15000 MILES AND 10 MONTHS LATER  IT WOULD OWNERS RESPONSIBILTY
