Hello and Thank you for bringing this to my attention[redacted] is a customer of ours, however they only order when they get state assistanceWhich in this case they have received $from the [redacted] assistance programOur records indicated that they ordered Propane on Thursday the 15th They stated it was for their Cooking gas stove, not HEAT [redacted] only offers assistance to Heating customers only, But I was going to let it slide and use it to fill their tank for cooking anywayIt was degrees the last weeks and it was not an emergencyI did talk to the customer on Monday the 19th and I did say we would be there on Tuesday the 20th, but our truck had to be serviced and I had to hold it off another dayI figured it was so hot out and it was only going to be used for cooking, they would be okto wait90% of deliveries can take up to a week to deliver, once the order is madeOn Wednesday the 21, I was in transit, on my way to [redacted] 's house [redacted] Weatherly, when I got a phone call from our office, my sister is the secretaryShe explained that [redacted] 's exhusband has just called the office screaming that her propane was not deliveredMy sister tried to explain that it was on its way and should be there any minute but, he kept yelling profanities to herSaying that our company [redacted] sucks, he didn't want the propane anymore and [redacted] You ***, your cornpany is [redacted] *My sister kept her composure and tried to apologized but again he screamed and said “and more thing [redacted] YOU!" And hung up on herAfter I got off the phone with my sister who was very upset, I then pulled over and proceeded to call [redacted] Once she answered, I can hear a man in the background Screaming profanities about baking cookiesthen told them I was almost at their location, do you still want the propane?The gentlemen continued to Scream about how horrible our company was and profanitiesI then told them that [redacted] is not used for Cooking Gas, it is only used for emergency HeatingI did raise my voice but did not use any profanities and kept my composureI told them "I am not going to deliver your propane, I am going to turn the truck around and return all the money they got from [redacted] to [redacted] How dare they talk to a woman like that on the phone, my sister, over baking cookiesDo not call our office ever again or they will be subject to harassment charges.” I then hung up on the customerThe customer was very belligerent and I felt he was a threat if I would continue to deliver the Propane to their addressSo I made a judgment call not to deliver.I am returning all the monies ($250.00) back to the [redacted] assistance programAttached to this fax is a copy of the [redacted] Program Refund and Refund Check.Any other questions feel free to call me anytimeThank youMike S
