She placed her order on 11/23/and was ordering Frizz Free Styling Smoothers. We had launched a new website platform and the order was coming through as a Priority ( which means there was an error ). We were tracking to find out what the error was ( and advised her this on 12/as
well as on 12/8) Once we escalated the issue to our IT Dept, it was realized this item we were out of stock. We refunded her money through *** on 12/14/17. $29.00. We are sorry she experienced a problem and we are sending her out a no charge complimentary item in it’s place. Thank you
