Dear [redacted] , Upon receiving the notice from you concerning the above complaint, I contacted the customerThrough email we were unable to determine if he was trying to contact Beyer directly or our outsourced service companyWe take our customer service very seriously and knowing this would have been very helpful to avoid problems in the futureAside from this fact, I have told the customer that his problem will be resolved immediatelyWhile going back and forth with email, he was away and was unable to return the productHe has now returned and has informed me that he has sent out the defective unitWe are paying him for the return freightA new item will be shipped out to him as soon as the defective unit is receivedHe seemed happy with this proposal for resolution of his complaint, and has sent me proof of the return shipmentI will be reimbursing him for this fee todayIf you have any further information you require on this case, please feel free to contact me at any timeThank you [redacted] ***
