I have taken care of the situation. Since there had been no response from Sun Radiology I called them about the bill to take care of it. I was happy to hear they would reduce the charge due to do the misunderstanding. And yes I understand that it is my responsibility to know my insurance and plan, but I hope they understand that if they tell patients that they are 100% covered and then send them a bill thatnits incredibly misleading.
