coached on a monthly basis.  I was really surprised to see that she would file this compliant about me and her experience she had during the time I was her coach.   Each an every client of mine signs a verbal agreement that both myself and "client" will commit to the amount of time they chose to pay for.  If someone decides they no longer want coaching at any time, it is clearly stated that there is no refund.  Again this is based on a commitment with both myself and "client".     I was surprise that my client just wanted to quite the process and not finish with no reason. It was her choice not mine.     I hope this answers any questions that you may have in regards to how I conduct my business.     Todd [redacted]
