Review: I am a mystery shopper with this company; so therefore, I am an independent contractor. I have been completing assignments with this company for about 2 years. They refused to pay me for an assignment that I have completed and the reasons for it was because I did not follow the guidelines, but the assignment was removed before I could submit the report. The point is I spent my time and money and I was having internet issues and they refused to pay me because I did not submit the report on the day I completed it. I have informed them that I completed it and they still refused to pay me. I am bringing this matter to you before I take it to court because I am requesting my pay for the assignment. I have also had issues with the workers there in the past and I believe it is personal.Desired Settlement: I would like compensation for the assignment I completed, I can also prove that I completed it. It was a H&M assignment in Kansas City, MO, that I completed about a week or two ago.

Please note that the stated complaint is not a customer complaint. Ms. [redacted] is not a customer of Beyond Hello; she is an independent contractor (vendor) who was engaged to conduct a mystery shopping project on behalf of a Beyond Hello client.

Review: I do evaluations for recorded telephone calls for this company. I have been having issues with a person that does a review of the evaluations and have been trying to contact someone about this. I ha also been leaving a voice message for someone to call me back about this but they have not. Now today without warning my account has been deactivated. I have been trying to communicate with someone about this but can not get a replyDesired Settlement: I want to be contacted about this as to why the account was deactivated and talk to someone about my other problems
