On Wednesday, 9/17/14 I received an email from [redacted] stating that "all packaging has been postmarked for FedEx delivery". "Your package will be shipped this week." On Monday, 7/22/14, I received another email from [redacted]. The email stated the package for my husband and I, which included the extra invitation , as well as, the additional items ordered would be mailed tomorrow. This email included the tracking number. However, when we attempted to track the package on the FedEx website, we received a message stating "Not Found". I called FedEx to inquire what this means. I was told by the FedEx representative that the package had not been processed for delivery. Only a label had been created. After sending [redacted] an email informing her of the "Not Found" message, eventually on 9/23/14 she sent a totally different tracking number that stated the package had been mailed on 9/22/14.  In the email received 9/22/14,  [redacted] stated that my guests were due to receive their invitations Saturday, 9/20/14. The tracker which stated interruption service and appear to now be scheduled for delivery tomorrow, Monday, 9/22/14. We embarrassingly called every single guests to find out if they received their invitations. Only six out of 21 had received their invitations. I have requested the tracking numbers for the invitations from [redacted] in five separate emails. [redacted] responded " I will have to look all of these up on line and currently am in the middle of another project. According to the check I did for you resulting in the information I gave you previously states the scheduled Saturday delivery with be delivered today." Again, only six invitation have been delivered to date Tuesday, 9/23/14. I have yet to receive the tracking numbers from [redacted]. She refuses to send them by offering a sad excuse in place of the information requested. The RSVP cards request a response by 9/27/14. Again, only six have received their invitations and it is highly unlikely that we will receive the response cards by 9/27/14. All of the invitations are coming from out of state. It is absolutely impossible for the other 15 guests who have yet to receive their invitation to reply and mail their invitation to us by 9/27/14. Our event is 10/3/14 through 10/4/14. Our event is nine days away. It is totally unacceptable that 15 of our guest have not received their invitations. For that matter, that our invitation to be mailed out so late. When [redacted] found out on 9/19/14 that we submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com. Her whole attitude regarding our invitations is poor, to say the least. Since that time the web of deception has intensified and her attitude is very cavalier about the whole situation of our 15 guest not receiving their invitation. This has absolutely been the worst business transaction I have experienced in my life! Our guest received their save-the-date cards late July. However, they do not have any of the specifics i.e. time and place. This is beyond poor customer service. The actions of Beyond Inviting Couture AKA Beyond Inviting has directly impacted the success of our event and caused unnecessary cost to my husband and I, as we were not able to provide an attendance counts to the other vendors we are working with.

9/19/14. This is new to us. It was never communicated verbally and/or written that we were expected to cover the cost of materials mailed to us to review to make selections. Nor was it implied written or orally there would be such a charge for this. As we did cover the expense for mailing the box of samples back to [redacted]. The extras, should be included with our main invitation, per her email response 9/11/14. The additional items items ordered should be mailed to us in the same box. Mailing postage for 22 @ $12.78 has already been included in the invoice. The invitation for my husband and I are part of the 22.

I am forwarding additional information for  complaint #[redacted].It is standard and customary for ane-commerce business to provide the tracking number(s) to the customer. No thanks to [redacted], we confirmed all received their invitations with the exception of one couple. We have requested Beyond Inviting Couture AKA Beyond Inviting provide the tracking numbers seven separate times via email. The owner [redacted] has refused to forward the tracking  numbers. As a result My husband and I had to contact each guests to inquire on the delivery of their invitation. We called FedEx and they were extremely helpful and professional. This was very refreshing after our poor customer service experience with Beyond Inviting Couture. We simply wanted to ensure that all of our guests received their invitation and find the missing package. FedEx was able to track the missing package very quickly. It is 8:44 pm EST on 9/24/14 and Beyond Inviting Couture has yet again failed to respond to our most recent eighth email sent at 6:00 pm EST 9/24/14, requesting the tracking number for the package. [redacted], continues to pretend that she has done nothing wrong. Perhaps, if Beyond Inviting Couture had provided gold standard service from the beginning (which we have yet to receive), was plugged-in and focused on our job this situation would be a moot point. Instead, we received is the victim mentality attitude.

Review: BEWARE OF BEYOND INVITING COURTURE!!!The owner of Beyond Inviting Coutoure ([redacted]) failed to fill my wedding reception order in a timely manner. Throughout the entire process [redacted] has missed all of the dates she was to provide sample materials for review and approval, missed a scheduled conference call, and does not respond promptly to emails or phone calls. Per [redacted]'s advise the invitations were to be mailed eight to six weeks prior to the event. Our event begins on October 3, 2014 through October 4, 2014. The invitations have yet to be mailed out as of September 11, 2014. [redacted] has received payment of nearly $1,645.75 for 25 invitations suites, save the date cards, place cards, table markers and thank you cards. The only portion completed by [redacted] is the save the date cards. [redacted] has not once apologized for her unprofessionalism, missed conference call or any of the missed dates for receipt of sameple materials for review and approval. The whole process has been riddled with excuses for why she has not been able to forfil her obligation and commitments. There have been many emails exchanged primarily initiated by me. After I inquired about the status of my boxed invitations on September 1, 2014, [redacted] finally responded on September 3, 2014, she was waiting to hear confirmation from her shipper. The boxes have shipped and would arrive in four to six business days. We are beyond the four to six business days. My last correspondence to [redacted] was September 10, 2014 expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service. In that same email I informed [redacted] it was time for a conversation to occur regarding concessions and/or partial/total refund for services not rendered. I asked that my email not go ignored as my previous email had addressing her ability to meet her obligations and commitments. I requested a prompt response. It has been over 24 hours and [redacted] has not responded via email or phone. This overwhelming unprofessionalism has directly impacted the success of my eventDesired Settlement: My husband and I would first like our boxed suite invitations mailed to our guest ASAP! We also want the all of the other items we paid for mailed to us which include, place cards, table markers and thank you cards. Including extras not mailed. In addition, we are requesting concessions and partial/total refund of our money. If Beyond Inviting Couture ([redacted]) is unable to meet her commitment which is very apparent we are requesting a full refund ASAP in the form of a cashiers check.
