Beyond Lamps

Review: I purchased a lamp from this company set up at a kiosk in [redacted] Mall, [redacted], PA, a few of weeks ago for a Christmas gift. It was not liked so I attempted to return it at the place of purchase. I was rudely told by both the kiosk attendant and her manager that there are no refunds and to contact the company via their website. Their website provided me with minimal information, including only a mailing address for returns. This location is minutes from my house so I chose to drive it myself. The building had no visible signs for this particular company and was locked. We tried calling all 3 of the businesses listed on the sign by the door; 2 were not in service and 1 went directly to voicemail. At this point I am stuck with a product I do not want, no possible means of having this resolved on site, at any location, and no way of contacting anyone through email. Aside from the horrible customer service I received from the original location, I am now concerned that there is not even a legitimate business behind this sales operation.Desired Settlement: Total cost of product trying to be returned...$63.60 plus any shipping and handling costs that may incur through trying to resolve this matter.
