Mr. [redacted] has claimed that he did not receive a title and was promised that the title will be mailed to him. As I mentioned to you, Mr. [redacted] was given the title in hand after filling out all the paperwork including the title which was signed by me and Mr. [redacted]. It can not be that we didn't have a title when Mr. [redacted] was present and signed by me and him.
