I rented the property on *** *** ***, Imperial Beach, CA through Beyond Property management (Encinatas) from July - Aug Unfortunately, I learned that there was no refrigerator or dishwasher when I moved in(The online ad said it had both)They also failed to point out that if I needed appliances worked, I would be waiting 3-months (depending on the severity), to have them repairedExamples:Broken microwave(not working when I moved in), took months to get new oneBroken heater, Had to call City of Imperial Beach to get the heater fixed and turned onHouse was also deteriating outside and the city had to send the company several letters to repairThere is also an excessive roach and insect problem within in the house which upon move out, I was charged along with everything elseother thingsI highly recommend that no one be subjected to renting this home from Beyond Property ManagementThey also charge any tenant for prior damages to this homeThey do not return deposit and then try charge extra from previous tenantI am a veteran and, I can honestly say that this company is NOT military-friendlyPlease look into thisThis company is a sham

Unfortunately, I learned that there was no refrigerator or dishwasher when I moved in. (The online ad said it had both). They also failed to point out that if I needed appliances worked, I would be waiting 3-6 months (depending on the severity), to have them repaired. Examples:Broken microwave(not working when I moved in), took 8 months to get new one. Broken heater, Had to call City of Imperial Beach to get the heater fixed and turned on. House was also deteriating outside and the city had to send the company several letters to repair. There is also an excessive roach and insect problem within in the house which upon move out, I was charged along with everything else. other things. I highly recommend that no one be subjected to renting this home from Beyond Property Management. They also charge any tenant for prior damages to this home. They do not return deposit and then try charge 1000.00 extra from previous tenant. I am a veteran and, I can honestly say that this company is NOT military-friendly. Please look into this. This company is a sham.
