Beyond Revolutions

I have been trying to get a refund for months, the real problem is the lady I just talked to that keeps interrupting me and telling me to stop yelling when I was clearly just frustrated with her not listening to the problem and answering the wrong questionU asked for her name, she wouldn't give it, stated to be the manger, and when I called back she pretended to transfer me up another employee and acted like someone elseWhen I called her out she said nobody else was availableThere is literally nothing I can do I right now I have never had such a negative experience in my life!!! Still havnt got my refund
