Bait & switchEntirely untrustworthyShady operation I found a quilt on pricefalls dot com (similar to ebay), and Beyond Stores was the sellerThe price was greatso great, in fact, that I asked the seller if it really was correct price for a king size quiltThey replied that is wasI ordered it, and a week later, I received a pillow sham - no quiltI emailed them, and they said I had to submit photos as proof, which I did They eventually replied to tell me they'll send the quilt, and I can donate the pillow sham (great idea!)Days later, they said I needed to send an additional $to get my quiltI told them they advertised the quilt for $x, and confirmed it via emailThey blamed it on the website (pricefalls), and it's not their problem, but they'd contact the website (pricefalls) A week later, Beyond Stores tells me to return the pillow sham, and then & only then they'll refund my moneyI told them that they told me to donate the shamThey said I had to show a receipt of donationI said they never required me to get one, so there is noneAnother week+ later, and nothingNo quilt, no refund, no email They blamed the website (pricefalls dot com), so I contacted themThey apoligized and said they'd handle itA week has come & gone, and nothing has changed - no quilt, no refund, and no contact from anyoneAs a matter of fact, as of today (Oct 2015), Beyond Stores is still a seller on Pricefalls dot com, and still advertising that they have of the same quilts at the same price, which they have NO intention of honoringSearch pricefalls.com for item XXXXXXXX - it's a king size quilt, plus a pillow sham, for the same low price

I ordered a table and barstools It came in boxes to put together and when I finally paid someone to set them up, I noticed that they were the wrong chairs I contacted the company and was told too bad since you passed the days This company sent me the wrong product, I sent them pictures of the what I ordered and the wrong one they sent me They asked lots of questions to find the loopholes and when I finally asked if they had any moral obligation to give me what I ordered, (even offering to pay the shipping to send the wrong product back)response was "thanks for your email"I would never run my company this wayI will have a daily reminder in my table that I DID NOT order of how bad this company is I would NEVER use this company!

Awful companyDo not believe claims of hassle-free returns - I bought a $coffee table that was smashed in on one corner when it arrived and they refused to issue a refund saying that I needed to let them know within hours of deliveryHorrible, horrible company that I recommend people avoiding at all costs

Do yourself a favor and simply STAY AWAY from this online retailer and their Price Waiter offersThey did not honor their price offers, claimed there was a "glitch" in their system when we ordered a king size platform bed and nightstand and after several calls offered the bed at another price also from a Price Waiter offer They did not fulfill this order either and claimed the products were not available from the manufacturer The products are still for sale on their website and show in stock days later I purchased the items elsewhere Customer service was a nightmare for this fly by night operation Their "supervisors" are unreasonable [redacted] buffoons

I had purchased a kitchen island cart from Beyond Stores in the March timeframe and it was delivered as planned so I decided to purchase from them againUnfortunately, I attempted to purchase the stools that went with this cart a couple of months later and while the price was great, apparently it was no longer in stock (unbeknown to me)In fact, it wasn't going to be sent because the manufacturer stopped making themThat's fine, but the Beyond Store people didn't contact me about this - there was no email, no notification, nothingI had to (after two - three weeks) check in with them and ask where my purchase was and THEN found out that they would not be able to fulfill my orderOk, it is irritating but it happensBut THEN three months later after I had ordered from someone else, two boxes show up at my door with stoolsStools that were cancelledStools I was no longer supposed to receiveAfter several immediate phone calls on my end, several immediate emails and multiple bouts of frustration because Beyond Stores tried to tell me that I had not cancelled the order (THEY had cancelled the order and I had written proof), the boxes were scheduled to be returned at their expense (because I mandated it)After three weeks of waiting for confirmation, they had not confirmed receipt of these stools so I inquired - twiceFinally I got a response that they had been returnedI have to say, the customer service at this place from whomever "CE" is sucksTheir attitude was appalling and their lack of detail was patheticDo not purchase from these people they stink at customer service

First of all t his is the worst company to work withThey say one thing and do something elseI order a table and chairs that would be sent out in 2-daysAfter two weeks and emails they assured me the order was cancelled and my credit card would not be chargedThen I get an email saying the order has been shippedAgain they assured me that the order has been cancelled and my credit card would not be charged and order has been requested to be returnedTwo days later, my credit card was charged after more than a week of them saying the order was cancelled now three times and no charge and they claim they didn't know what I was talking aboutI showed them the receipt from my credit card and now they claim they have refunded my chargeFedEx still shows the order comingThey have great product but would not recommend and they are either very unorganized or lack truthfulnessPlease do yourself a favor and buy elsewhereShould have checked them out first

BEYOND Stores has BEYOND horrible customer service. I ended up cancelling my order. No communication, then when I finally did hear back from them, it was lies and excuses all bundled up in the rudest, most terse language. Don't order from this company.

Do not buy from them. I ordered two nightstands. One was broken (drawer broken, won't open) out of the box and Beyond Stores will not replace, so wasted $571. The nightstands came on time, no problems. Opened one, everything was fine. Box on the second was fine so put it aside until I had room. About a month later opened the second one, it was broken, Beyond Stores took two months to eventually say they will not do anything. Do not buy from them.

Search pricefalls.com for item XXXXXXXX - it's a king size quilt, plus a pillow sham, for the same low price.

Awful company. Do not believe claims of hassle-free returns - I bought a $300 coffee table that was smashed in on one corner when it arrived and they refused to issue a refund saying that I needed to let them know within 24 hours of delivery. Horrible, horrible company that I recommend people avoiding at all costs.
