Beyond the flesh tattoo

Hello this is a response to complaint # *** On 5/6/Ms.*** came into the shop for her first appointment I tattooed a design that we both agreed on .Her original design that she showed me was an edited tattoo that had alot of white in the image , I explained to her very clearly that
white ink on most of the design would have to be done in a light grey that way when it heals it appears lighter than most of the tattoo almost giving it the "white effect" she originally wanted, she agreed with me so the hour tattoo process startedNow on 5/10/Ms.*** contacted me complaining that her tattoo was to light/faded and I explained to her that some not all of the tattoo would remain lighter because it is where she wanted the original white tones I also told her if she was not happy I can make it darker for her after it is fully healed I told her to keep applying lite amounts of *** her response was "ok ill go buy some now" which meant she was not following my aftercare instructions when I finished the tattoo on 5/5/she stated that she was currently using a different ointment which I did not originally tell her to useIn my experience as an artist *** works better than many over the counter ointments, the ointment she used if used excessively causes the tattoo to fade and no time to heal properly. On 6/8/i schedualed Ms.*** in for another session to darken the parts of the design that she wantedAfter the session was complete I and another artist explained the aftercare instructions to her and everything was fine she schedualed a new appointment for the other side of her arm and she left happyOn 6/22/she returned for her now 3rd session which I talked to her about just doing the outline for now ,letting it heal and coming back to get it shaded in, she agreed with no complaints I explained to her that I was really busy for the upcoming month of July but that I would get her in as soon as possible she also agreed to thatOn 7/25/she came in for her 4th session to get the previous outline session shaded in ,and also adding the final design and completing that aswell she noted during the final hour of her tattoo that she would be attending her first baseball game in days and if her tattoo would be fine I recommended her to buy a clear film called " *** " at a local pharmacy which would protect the tattoo for those few hours at the game, I went over details about bacteria and germs that can cause infections if the tattoo is exposed in a crowded area, she agreed but later that week she posted photos on social media and the photos show her arm unprotected and her arm leaning on her clothing at the event she was attendingI always tell my clients to be extremely careful while their tattoos are healingThe first week is very important this is why we have every customer sign an aftercare and consent form and we advise all of our costumers to please follow directions during the healing process We understand that they are paying customers and we do our best to satisfy every client that comes into the shopOur clients know that if they have any questions they can contact the shop and come in to speak to an artist Once a client leaves the shop I am no longer reponsible for the proper care of the tattoo and if there are any problems on my behalf I will correct it the best I can , which I have tried to in this situation with the previous sessions but Ms.*** has not yet contacted the shop after 7/25/
