In response to the Revdex.com complaint:ID #:[redacted] On May 4, 2015 I received a phone call from [redacted] asking me if we were able to change her parking space to a different spot because hers was to far from the her building. I told her that we were not able to change the spot that it would effect...

the entire building if we moved one we would have to move everyone in that building. She continued by asking me if she can rent/buy another parking spot. I told her we would not be able to do that because we don't have enough spaces to rent out extra parking spaces. [redacted] said "then why would that girl tell me that, that we can go and find a spot and by snap of finger we can get a new parking space". I responded I can assure you that if we were able to do that, that I would but because we don't have enough parking spaces to rent out, and that I apologize for the miss communication and that if she was to tell me who told her that I would speak with her. I continued by saying I have two new staff members and they may have misunderstood. [redacted] at that time wanted someone else's number to corporate, in which I did and directed her to speak with Toni. Later that afternoon [redacted] and [redacted] came into office, asking again why we wont just change them spot that they are getting threats from the space they are on. I said if you have the correct space and you have your card then you leave them a note saying that the space belongs to them. [redacted] said why should "I do your job". I asked her if she knows in which apartment these individuals are that I would be more than happy to call them and let them know their correct parking space number is. [redacted] continued by saying "I don't understand why you can switch the space". I continued by saying the same thing as I did in the conversation we had earlier in the day, that it would effect the entire building if I switch you, that is the way parking spaces have been for the past 10 years since the property first opened up and that parking space belongs to your apartment. I also advised them to park in uncovered parking spaces that might be closer to there apartment. [redacted] continued by cursing saying its Bu----! Mean while [redacted] and I are having the conversation [redacted] is cursing and using Spanish profanity towards me. At this point I have about 3 individuals that are in the office and in effort to try to calm the situation I asked them to leave the office and return when they are calm. They both got very upset cursing more. I asked them to leave or I would have to call the police. They said "call, we don't have nothing to hide and we are not running away". So proceeded to call the police. The police showed up talked to us three until the police just escorted them out of the office. On May 10, 2014 [redacted] came in to office asking about the gym. Biridiana told him she would get maintenance to open the gym. He returned short while asking again. Biridiana asked him for his apt number and his response was "What the F--- does that have to do with the gym" Biridana response was "the reason is because the gym is an amenity to our residents and needed to make sure he was on the lease" [redacted] at that point kept yelling at her and she asked him to calm down and she was not gonna speak to him if he used that tone of voice. He continued, Biridiana tried to calm him down and asked him to leave the office or she would call the police. [redacted] got in her face and as Rachel(leasing agent) and prospective resident both asked him to calm down as he was headed towards Biridiana. Biridiana fearing for what he was possible of doing did yell at him to get out. Biridiana was misunderstood by renting out extra parking space. She does work in one of our sister communities that do allow to rent out extra parking spaces because of the size of the community.
