The customer was told and quoted $475 for the trimming of 3 trees and the removal of one tree. She was told we could come back to do the removal of the stump once it was dry. But was never included in the cost of the $475 as the stump grinder...

This was NEVER communicated until the last week of august. In fact in july when I reached out (after almost 2 months of hearing nothing from them when they said theyd be out in 3 weeks after first coming in may/early june) they said theyd be at mt house the week of august 20th. No mention of more money. When I reached out again the week Of the 27th is the first time more money was mentioned. Back in may/early june This gentleman and his wife came to our home at 830pm one evening walked the yard w me and said we can do it for $475 (all of it). I was very specific on the entire project as the tree and stump removal was the basis of the project. I never would have hired them if it was going to be $675 as I had better bids from other companies which clearly I should have gone with.
