incorrectly.  We are reaching out to the other customer to make him aware of the error.  Emailed receipts don't contain the full credit card number, only the last 4 digits.  To prevent this from happening in the future, we are going to verify customer's via their email addresses.

Review: It clearly states on this companies website that orders placed before 8am pacific time will be shipped the same day. If after 8am pacific time it will be shipped the following business day. This is a lie and the company is not honoring their own policy. I placed an order on their website 6/*/15 around 3-4pm Arizona mountain time, to my knowledge this order has yet to be shipped. Here is a direct quote off of their websites FAQ / Guarantee tab: Shipping times: Orders placed after 8AM PST will ship the following business day, including overnight orders (for example, an overnight order placed on a Thursday will ship Friday and arrive at its destination Monday). I have tried contacting the business on their toll free number and have been forwarded to voicemail every time.Desired Settlement: I would have taken my business elsewhere if I would have known this is the way the company does business. I always research a company before deciding to make an online purchase. After reading their FAQs section I was confident this would be a good business to order from. Now I've found that they are not holding up there end of the bargain as clearly described on their own website. I feel I should be credited for them wasting my time. If the company followed through with their own policy I would already have my order but they have not.

Review: Unknowingly purchased a DEFECTIVE battery and tank set from Beyond Vape [redacted] on 11.**.14. I went on vacation from work and returned to work 12.**.14. On 12.**.14 I took the defecttive back to the store where I purchased it from. The sales rep tested the battery and confirmed that it is defective. They informed me that the 14 day return policy has expired and there was nothing that they can do for me. I was asking for a replacement battery since the one they sold me was defective with no fault of mine. Now I am asking for a full refund since the store kept the defective battery. Review: The stores "rewards program" database is inconsistent poorly managed. It sends personal information to the wrong customers. I made one purchase at this site and opted for the electronic receipt. I entered my email into the iPad and received my receipt. That was in Sept of 2014. Since then I have received 4 additional emails with other users credit card information but my name as the card holder. When I called the store to try and have this issue addressed, the [redacted] said he didn't have time and he was busy. He showed no interest in helping me sort out this issue, even after I told him I was getting other customers credit card information.

My purchase was made on 9/**/14

2/**/15.Desired Settlement: I want my personal information removed from their systems and their customers need to be notified that this system has sent personal information to someone other than the card holder. In addition, I believe that the system they are using needs to be reviewed for security flaws.
