Very prompt about alerts to items sent, received, reviewed, but their advertised matching of other competitor's offers for high-value watches not true I sent off some gold and platinum jewelry, got an offer originally of about $430, rejected it and asked for higher because I knew the value of the gold and silver and platinum could be much higher due to jewel and diamond content, and I was given $immediately as the new offer! Wow, what a change, right? Then, the only shock is that the two high-value watches (really high end and advertised on their website) in great shape and not worn at all, were not going for more than $total What? Asked about it, then was given about $more in value, then told them their guarantee about high-value watches meant they had to honor another written offer I had from an online competitor of theirs, which I had on hand They were not interested, only wanted the gold, silver, or platinum in the watches to sell off, period Nothing about the watches themselves, this was obvious, and they backed off completely from their online guarantee These watches I was told expressly to send to them to evaluate, even though I said they were high end and not full of as much gold or silver, were mainly stainless but almost newWhat did I get from their competitor two weeks later? My exact amount of their original offer of $for the two watches sellyourgold said I could have $for! And, the check is here, so it's all real I do think they need to say more about what they are really looking for, which only includes mostly the raw materials, not resale values My $was sent quickly, my returned watches arrived in pretty quick time, but there was discrepancy because even my mailman said he didn't really need my signature, so not sure that's the safest way to send things back to customers Overall, for what I had to sell, a very easy process and nobody was hiding or being rude at all
