hi stay away from beyond menu, I have pizza restaurant in sacremento area and I have multiple issues with beyond menuits hard to get a hold of manager or owner and all the calls get transferred to oversea where the customer service agent dont even care about your concern or complain.My issue is customers credit card charged and order did not come in through the system, took forever to get the refund my check that we recieve was not showing the amount of transction and right amount of commission.never received any invoices for last monthi finally got tired and canceled their serviceplease check your invoices or ask for one once you get your share check.stay away from beyond menui have requestd for my invoices and they are trying to ignore me and not even answer my phone calls now.I think they should be closed and no one should use their service

BeyondMenu contacted my restaurant long ago and claimed it would help us establish a nice website where people can see our menu and order foodTERRIBLE TERRIBLE DECISIONThey made us an UGLY website that looks like it was designed in Microsoft WordNot even jokingThey claimed we were a Mexican restaurant when we are PERUVIANYou don't have one of the world's leading culinary destinations and award winning cuisine as a category?! I called at least times to get this fixed and they NEVER fixed it! On top of that their commissions are RIDICULOUS!
I got tired of their nonsenseLuckily a nice local business came and helped us open a new better website with reasonable ordering commissionsNow I had to take down the Beyond Menu website they made usThis is when I realized how much of a bad decision I had made***BEYOND MENU HAS NO CONTROL OF THE WEBSITE THEY MAKE YOU!***

Ordered from a local restaurant using Beyond menu.com for a delivery
This was the first time I had ever order through Beyond Menu and I had to setup an account which was very easy to do and they did have accurate information on their web menu for the local restaurantI was at first impressed
I made my selection and choose on their website for the food to be delivered, I even left a brief description of my homeAfter an hour I received a phone call from the local restaurant asking if I was coming to pick up the foodI informed them that I had selected for the food to be deliveredWhen the food was delivered I went back and reviewed the order to ensure I had not made a mistake, only to discover in my cache files that I had selected for the food to be deliveredSo I contacted BeyondMenu and tried to make them aware of the issue only to receive an arrogant email back from them informing me that they don't have a problem and they would know if they did and that I was too blame for the food not being delivered in a timely mannerI have since gone back into the service reviewed my default settings (which still had "delivery requested") and deleted my accountplease see email string below:

This company is horrible! I ordered food and the restaurant was unable to fill the order. I called the customer service number. It took more than 5 tries before a male answered the phone. He told me that within 48 hours the money would be refunded. I requested a confirmation number. He said I would receive an email and the money would be back in my account within 48 hours. I did receive the email but no refund has been issued. This was money to buy food for my kids. This company took food from their mouths.

We have called our credit card processor company. They told us that we had not charged your card since the transaction was...

declined. But even the transaction was declined, credit card company has to hold the money first, then release it back to your card. What happened was, when the money was sent back to your credit card bank, it normally takes some time (several days) to restore the fund back to your card. Exact time is strictly depend on your bank.
Please call your bank and ask them about this. I understand this might be a business procedure that most consumers do not know or understand. We regret any inconvenience this had brought to you. Unfortunately, it is not under our control at all.

Horrible business. They let me order from a restaurant that was closed, removed the money from my account and never refunded me the money for it. Their customer service number is a joke. Called about 50 times with no answer, finally emailed them and they said they'd cancel the order, NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK! $30 DOWN THE DRAIN!! will never use again and will never recommended it to anyone.

This company seems to provide a website framework where restaurants can provide online ordering to local customers. As a consumer, you order via your local restaurant, then Beyondmenu.com processes your order.

Their site is in complete violation of all credit card processing privacy policies and declined to return multiple calls regarding this.

Our COMPLETE 16-digit CC number, complete with expiration and CVC code, was printed on the order confirmation that the entire staff at our restaurant was able to see, take a photo of, and share. Completely unacceptable in 2016.

The report is correct in that we contacted the restaurant directly about a week after we placed the original order to let them know that it was never delivered, and they did eventually fulfill the order. We no longer request a refund given that the restaurant eventually fulfilled the original order. However, our complaint with BeyondMenu stands. The food was not delivered the night it was ordered, and we waited several hours for the food before canceling the order, and were charged for food that had not been received. The only way we were able to resolve the issue was by working with the the restaurant directly and getting food delivered over a week after we originally ordered it. That is an unacceptable level of service on the part of BeyondMenu.
