URGH
I placed an order with them on 7/17 and haven't received anything. They wont answer, they wont respond to emails -- nothing. But my account has been debited of course. So disappointed.

My coins arrived and are of high quality.
I will definitely order again. I am happy with the quality of the coins I ordered. Please be advised that they don't ship as quickly as most people are used to and they don't answer emails, but not all people are computer people. I do plan on ordering again because I am pleased with the quality and price.

I ordered two nickels on October 3rd. It is October 12th, no delivery, and no response to my e-mail inquiries. Poor, nonexistent customer service. Buyer beware. Inexcusable. Item was charged to my credit card as well. Rip off. My credit card company will dispute the charges: no number to call, just an e-mail-how convenient.
I am beyond disappointed.

This company does not respond to emails or phone calls. I will not do business with them. There are many other coin firms that are customer oriented,

My complaint/situation has been resolved by virtue of the fact that the coins have been delivered to meI guess the only real problem with this company is that they take a long time to deliverPreviously I have ordered and been satisfied, but it never took so long as this order

Dear customerWe have canceled the customers order on same day, we had to because the customers credit card denied by our system(it said the billing address didn't matched with the card).We never charged his credit card, indeed, our system blocked us to process the order! We just don't
understand how he could say that his card been charged...Check your card statement first, before you file your complain!!!And if you are a real owner of the card, you can always place your order again withcorrect billing address, If you ever know the address

Review: I have contacted this business repeatedly (5 Times) and only received 1 response to my complaint, they didnt even read my complaint fully as I stated what my problem was regarding missing items on my order. ORDER # [redacted]. I ordered a [redacted] ALBUM and was missing the SAFETY GUARD SLIDES. Their is no other way of getting these items, their the only business that can supply these items. Whats so concerning about this is that they have no contact phone number or physical store front to see them personally. This should have been flag # 1. But no im stuck and hope you can help.Desired Settlement: Their is no other way of getting these items, their the only business that can supply this item. I would like them to send me the MISSING SAFETY GUARD SLIDES.

Review: Bezalel Coins took my credit card for some coins they claimed were in stock and would ship no later then 5 days from purchase. I made the purchases on August 15th and have not received any product or any return email or phone call letting me know when it will ship. I have written them daily for over 15 days with no reply from customer service or the owner. I have asked for them to refund my money and that has gone unanswered and unfulfilled. We are not almost 27 days into my order process. I have spend over $600 with them and still no product and no answer as to when the paid for product will ship. Here are my order numbers:
