Review: I [redacted] utilizing my bobcat drilled 8 holes for a new patio and did some concrete demolition of a old patio, sidewalk and driveway. Also hauled in 7 yards of topsoil and spread around the house. I also done extras that were not discussed upon initial agreement at no additional charge such as grading and dispose of brick debris. Upon completion of project [redacted] gave me a check that had insufficient funds. I've phoned [redacted] several times and he doesn't respond. I've text [redacted] about paying me in full but he has nothing but excuses why he is not going to pay me. For example when I was removing a piece of concrete by the garage trim I damaged it but I deducted it for the total bill witch at that time he was totally satisfied with. Balance owed is $920.00Desired Settlement: To be paid in full for work preformed, that [redacted] agreed upon. $920.00 And I'm not charging him for what my bank charged me for a bounced check.

hello first off I tried to resolve the issue between us AT TIME OF COMPLETION,FIRST OF ALL IT WAS ONLY 6 HOLES FOR THE DECK NOT 8SECOND WHEN HE TORE OUT THE OLD PATIO HE DAMAGED A SIDE DOOR THRESH HOLD WHICH HE NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT,ALSO DAMAGED THE GARAGE DOOR SIDE MOLDING AND TRIM WHICH I JUST HAD REPLACEDALSO WHEN HE SPREAD OUT THE TOPSOIL HE WENT ON FRONT LAWN AND TURNED UP SLIGHT HILL BUT ENDED UP PUTTING TWO 6 TO EIGHT INCH RUTS THAT HE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT,AND WHICH I FOUND OUT AFTER HE HAD LEFT. PICTURES AVAILABLE IF YOU WOULD LIKE..UPON COMPLETION HE DID TAKE 75.00 OFF FOR WHAT WE THOUGHT IT WOULD COST TO FIX GARAGE,OTHER DAMAGE WAS NOT MENTIONED BY HIM WE HAD TO FIND IT OUT AFTER DOING A WALK AROUND HOUSE LATER IN EVENING,HIS RESPONSE WAS JUST PART OF THE JOB I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,HE SHOULD OF VOICED HIS CONCERNS FOR DAMAGE TO LAWN WE HAD SPARE PLYWOOD WE COULD HAVE PROTECTED LAWN WITH.SO WHEN MY SIDER GOT TO JOB TO REPAIR DAMAGE WE HAD TO BY ANEW COIL OF ALUMIMIUM TRIM TO REPLACE WHAT HE DAMAGED THAT WAS 75.00 PLUS 75.00 FOR THE LABOR TO REMOVE DAMAGED AND BEND THE NEW TRIM ALSO HAD TO DO ON GARAGE SIDE DOOR AS WELL. THE LANNDSCAPER SAYS MAY RUN AROUND 100.00 TO FIX..ON 5/11/15 WE SPOKE AND CAME TO A RESOLVE OF 800.00 CASH FOR HIS WORK AND WILL BE SETTLEING TOMORROW 5/12/15 AROUND 9AMTHIS IS THE SECOND TIME I USED HIS SERVICE AND BOTH TIMES I USED HIM HE HAS DAMAGED THE LAWN AND HIS ANSWER IS "PART OF JOB NOT RESPONSIBLE"ALSO I AS CUSTOMER HAD TO HELP HIM DO THE POST HOLES BY CLEANING HIS AUGER AS HE DUG THE HOLES AND THEN HAD TO MOVE /SHOVEL THE DIRT AWAY FROM THE HOLES,I HIRED HIM TO DO THE JOB BUT HE EXPECTS THE CUSTOMER TO HELP...... AND AT NO DISCOUNT...WILL NOT USE OR RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE TO ANYONE ..
